General Manager - Support Services


Claire Tonks 

The General Manager is responsible for all service operations within ARC. Managing the service delivery team, the GM is tasked with undertaking and developing all standard operating procedures.

Program Manager


 Emma Allen 

Reporting directly to the GM, the Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of ARC's support services

Support Operations Coordinator 


Bec Sullivan

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Support Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of ARC support staff and programs within their region. They are the first point of contact for staff in relation to the support requirements of clients, and staffing related issues.

The Operations Support Officer is a service administration position providing key services to both ARC clients and staff.
